All products come with the manufacturer's direct warranty, and we will warranty our labor for up to 90 days. If you encounter issues due to installation quality or manufacturing defects, we'll work to make it right, but we will not process returns after 30 days. Items eligible for return are subject up to a 30% restocking fee. Repayment will be issued once Woody's receives credit from the supplier.
We are not responsible for product failures or failures resulting from installation by the end user. We are not liable for shipping costs on installed or returned parts unless the error was ours. Any item altered or changed from its original state without the manufacturer's consent may not be returned and may not receive warranty support. We will do our best to facilitate the warranty of a product purchased through us; however, we can only enforce the manufacturer's decisions.
